Founded in 2008, VENZA is a privately held company headquartered in Roswell, GA. We are currently seeking Contract Courseware Developers to assist our Delivery team.
ACCOUNTABILITY SUMMARY
Contractors will work cooperatively with the Creative Director and other members of the Delivery team to develop new learning media and update or localize existing media. Applicants should be organized, detail-oriented and able to deliver a quality product in accordance with established deadlines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Some tasks that may be delegated to our Contract Courseware Developers include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Use approved storyboards to create and maintain SCORM training materials in Adobe Captivate 10
  • Design and develop content, engaging graphics, and interactive demonstrations and simulations
  • Conform to the established media standards and guidelines set forth by the Creative Director and the Chief Operating Officer
  • Engineer and synchronize audio for multiple languages (fluency not required)

EXPERIENCE  

  • A minimum of 1 year of media development experience (such as eLearning programs), including HTML-5 development
  • At least 1 year of experience with timeline-driven training tools, such as Adobe Captivate, Adobe Flash and/or Storyline
  • Must be proficient in Google Drive and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Must be detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Must have graphic design and audio engineering experience
